The Indian Riders Group (IRG) National was created in order to assist in the creation of Indian Motorcycle Riding Clubs on a national level. It is responsible for providing information, forms and advice to assist in the formation of these national groups and provide an organizational structure that is a fun place to associate and socialize with like minded motorcycle enthusiasts.

IRG Chapters are encouraged to be associated with an Indian Motorcycle dealer but it is not required at this time to have a dealer sponsor. Chapters can be formed without a sponsor of any type. The main purpose of forming a chapter is to provide a safe, fun and social environment for Indian owners to ride together as a group.

Indian owners and their spouses or significant others that want to join a Local IRG Chapter are not required to join the National group. This will allow you to have access to the social benefits of the Local group. However, you must be a National member in order to purchase IRG patches, merchandise and have access to the National benefits.

IRG Chapters may allow non-Indian owners to join their chapter. These non-Indian members are called Associate members. Each chapter will decide how they want to incorporate Associate members into their group and whether they will have voting rights within their group and how much the Associate membership dues will be. Associate members are not currently authorized to join the National group and cannot purchase IRG patches or pins.

When you join the Indian Riders Group National you will receive the following:

1) Membership Card with ID Number
2) IRG Vest Patch
3) IRG Pin
4) IRG Sticker
5) IRG Newsletter
6) IRG Web Site Access
7) IRG Benefits Package

You will also have access to the IRG vest patch, pins, medium and large back patches along with all of the IRG merchandise that may be ordered through the National web site.

IRG membership fees at this time are as follows:

Because of increased costs of the patches, pins and merchandise we have increased the dues by $10.00. If our volume increases enough to warrant a cost reduction we will be happy to pass that cost savings on to all members.

1) Chapter fees are waived at this time (no dealer sponsor required)
2) IRG membership fees are $50.00 per year per bike
3) IRG spouse or significant other membership is $40.00 per year.*

*Spouse or significant other will receive all of the same items listed above for the member with the exception of the Roadside Assistance.
